- MOZARTS SONGBOOK, HANDWRITTEN
- BEETHOVENS SONG SCHETCHBOOK
Convinced the British Library is the best in the world? Because I am. After seeing this, we made a beeline for the Golden Hinde. (after a very frugal and budget Lunch) This ship was owned by sir Francis Drake, and he SAILED AROUND THE WORLD in it. Drake was also ordered to search for Terra Australis, but ignored that small detail. The Golden Hinde was smaller than I expected, and we even had to crawl through the two lower decks. But on the whole, it was a very lovely and cute ship (that is, until you find out that she captured 27 TONNES of silver from the Spanish)
Next, we walked off through Docklands until we were at the Globe. However, after a quick look at a play, we were spent, so we went home.
